Descriptions and requirements of application 

2015年，地震工程国际合作联合实验室将资助4项国际合作项目。

In 2015, four collaborative research projects will be funded under International Joint Research Laboratory of Earthquake Engineering.

1. 本说明用于地震工程国际合作联合实验室合作研究项目申请。

The descriptions and requirements are applied for the application for the Collaborative Research Projects in earthquake engineering under International Joint Research Laboratory of Earthquake Engineering (ILEE).

2. 第一负责人必须为境外国际一流学者。

The PI should be foreign passport holders and have performed remarkable research in earthquake engineering.

3. 第二负责人必须为同济大学土木工程学院教师。

The co-PI should be the faculty at the College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University.

4. 项目资助经费为60万元，仅能在中国国内使用。如果合作研究所需经费超过此经费，需由项目负责人经费补足。

The funding for one research project is RMB 600,000, which can only be used in China. If the research budget goes beyond it, the funding difference should be paid by the PI or Co-PI.

5. 项目执行期限为3年。项目结束时接受考核，以取得国际一流成果为目标。

The duration of the research project is three years. The research project should be targeted to the international remarkable outcome.

6. 项目成果第一标注单位为土木工程防灾国家重点实验室、第二标注单位为地震工程国际合作联合实验室。

The primary affiliation of the research outcome should be State Key Laboratory of Disaster Reduction in Civil Engineering, and the secondary should be International Joint Research Laboratory of Earthquake Engineering.

7. 申请书格式可在地震工程国际合作联合实验室网站www.ilee-tj.com下载。

8. 申请书截止日期为2015年11月30日。

The deadline for the application is November 30, 2015. 

9. 申请书一式三份，经申请人签字后送交土木工程学院B612室张芬老师处。
